I LOVE MYFAMILY Contest Rules and Regulations
These detailed terms and conditions aim to provide comprehensive guidance and clarity to participants regarding their eligibility, the prize structure, and the responsibilities associated with winning and utilizing the contest prizes provided by MyFamily Canada. Please carefully review the following rules and regulations governing the MyFamily Canada contest:

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE
The contest is open to residents of Canada who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of MyFamily Canada, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The winner must be a current client in good standing with MyFamily Canada, with MyFamily Canada engraving machine, display and tags installed and operational in their store by December 31st, 2024. Failure to meet this requirement may result in disqualification from the prize.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To enter the contest, participants must follow these steps: 
1. Request a T-shirt: Ask MyFamily Canada to send you an 'I love MyFamily' t-shirt for
yourself and your employees. 
2. Take a Photo & Get Creative: Wear the 'I love MyFamily' t-shirt and take a creative
photo. 
3. Share on Social Media: Post the photo on Instagram and/or Facebook using the
hashtag #ILoveMyFamilyCanada and tag @MyFamilyCanada in every post. 
4. Boost Your Chances: Create Reels on Instagram featuring MyFamily Canada's ID
tags, engraving machines, your store, or a beloved pet—each Reel submission earns
you 3 entries into the contest.

POSTING REQUIREMENTS
Entrants must ensure that their posted content remains publicly accessible on their
designated social media account until the scheduled date of the trip.

PRIZE DETAILS

First Prize: One (1) grand prize consisting of:

1. Round-trip economy-class airfare for two (2) individuals to Bologna, Italy, scheduled for May 3 - 9, 2025. Flight details and scheduling are at the discretion of MyFamily Canada.
2. Five (5) nights' accommodation for two (2) individuals in a hotel designated by
   MyFamily Canada.
3. Entrance for two (2) individuals to the Zoomark tradeshow from May 5-7, 2025.
4. Day trip for two (2) individuals to the MyFamily Italy Head Office & Factory tour on
   May 8, 2025, including transportation.
5. €500 Euros provided for discretionary expenses during the trip, to be disbursed in Euros if the trip is undertaken.
6. Trip Dates: The prize trip is scheduled for May 3 - 9, 2025. If the winner opts to extend their stay beyond the specified dates, MyFamily Canada will cover the initial portion of lodging only, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
7. Ticket Terms: Once booked, the round-trip tickets for 2 are non-transferable and subject to the airline's discretion regarding schedule and availability. Changes to flights are not permitted once confirmed.
8. Flight Arrangements: MyFamily Canada retains the right to book economy-class flights for the winner and their companion, with the airline and flight schedule determined at the sole discretion of MyFamily Canada. Flights may include layovers or connections, and departure or arrival cities may vary based on availability and operational considerations.
9. Accommodation: The prize includes a 5-night stay for 2 in a hotel selected by MyFamily Canada. Specific hotel accommodations are subject to availability and may be substituted at the discretion of MyFamily Canada.
10. Event Access: The winner and their companion will receive entrance passes to the Zoomark tradeshow, held from May 5-7, 2025, as part of the prize package.
    Special Visit: A special day trip to the MyFamily Italy Head Office & Factory tour is
    scheduled for May 8, 2025. Transportation to and from the venue will be provided by MyFamily Canada.
11. Spending Money: €500 euros will be provided to the winner for discretionary spending during the trip. This amount will be disbursed in Euros only if the trip is undertaken.
12. Meal Provisions: Meals are not included in the prize package, except where explicitly stated, such as potential breakfast offerings provided by the selected hotel.
13. Transportation: Ground transportation during the trip, including transfers between airports and hotels or event venues, is not included unless specified otherwise.

Second Prize: The second prize consists of a $500 gift card from Wayspa, intended for
use towards spa services. The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

More Prizes: Eight (8) Premium Gift Baskets: Each of the eight premium gift baskets is valued atapproximately $250 retail. These thoughtfully curated baskets feature a selection of premium MyFamily Canada products. Please note, these baskets are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted with an alternative prize.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
The prizes is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of
compensation. The winners must be a current client in good standing with MyFamily Canada, with MyFamily Canada products installed and operational by December 31, 2024, in their respective store to be eligible for the grand prize.

MyFamily Canada reserves the right to book flights with layovers or connections, and
departure cities may vary based on availability and operational requirements. Meals and ground transportation, unless explicitly stated, are not included in the prize
package.

FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond MyFamily Canada's control leading to the cancellation of the trip, MyFamily Canada is not liable to reschedule the trip or provide compensation.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
MyFamily Canada is not responsible for any incidents, losses, or damages that may occur during the prize trip or related activities. MyFamily Canada assumes no responsibility for the overall success or any incidents that may occur during the prize trip. By participating in the contest, entrants agree to abide by these rules and regulations, as well as any decisions made by MyFamily Canada concerning the contest and its administration.

CONTEST PERIOD
The "I love MyFamily" contest begins on August 23, 2024, and ends on December 31, 2024. The winners will be announced on January 6, 2025. By participating in the contest, entrants agree to abide by these rules and regulations and any decisions made by MyFamily Canada regarding the administration of the contest.
